BNP Paribas announced the appointment of Ian H. Fay as managing director and head of the energy & natural resources Americas team within corporate finance. Based in New York, Mr. Fay will manage the energy & natural resources Americas team within corporate finance, leveraging the oil & gas and metals & mining franchises of BNP Paribas.
Mr. Fay will report to Elsa Berry, head of corporate finance North America, with indirect reporting to Bruno Villard, corporate finance’s global head of energy and Hubert Willems, corporate finance’s global head of metals & mining. Ian joins the firm from RBC Capital Markets, where he was a managing director in the M&A group since 2003. -Business Wire
