W. Andrew Adams to Resign as President of National Health Investors

National Health Investors announced on January 29, 2008, the company has received notice from W. Andrew Adams that he intends to resign as president of the company effective March 31, 2008. Mr. Adams will remain with the company as both a director and as chairman of the board of directors. -SEC Form 8k
