GE Commercial Finance, Business Finance has appointed Adam Johnson as managing director, corporate structured finance, with responsibility for the leadership, direction and growth of the structured asset-based lending and cashflow business to UKand European corporates. He will also sit on business finance’s senior leadership board.
Adam has been at GE Commercial Finance, Business Finance since April 2006 and brings a wealth of experience to the position. He comes from a corporate banking background, with business development responsibility covering structured financing and capital markets related solutions for corporates across the UK and Europe. Since April 2006, Adam has been a key individual within the corporate structured finance team, and has led deal teams on several large transactions, including the €170 million Securitisation Lite’ transaction for Dana Corporation. -M2 Presswire
