Omni Financial Services and Omni National Bank Announces Executive Changes

Omni Financial Services and Omni National Bank made the following appointments: Connie Perrine, who was then serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Omni Financial Services and Omni National Bank, was appointed president of the Omni National Bank, with Irwin Berman, who was then serving as president of Omni Financial Services and Omni National Bank, remaining president of the Omni Financial Services. Shaun Williams, who was then serving as controller of the Omni National Bank, was appointed acting executive vice president and chief financial officer of Omni Financial Services and Omni National Bank. Mr. Williams has served as the bank’s controller since October 2006. -SEC Form 8k
