Investors Capital Advisory Services Appoints Dr. Charles Lieberman

Investors Capital Advisory Services announced the addition of Dr. Charles Lieberman to its investment policy committee. Dr. Lieberman is the chief investment officer of separate account manager Advisors Capital Management. He is also a former Federal Reserve economist and former chief eonomist/head of research for Chase Bank.-Business Wire
