National City Names James J. LeKachman

National City announced that James J. LeKachman has been named executive vice president responsible for its liquidating portfolios, the assets that remain from businesses that National City has exited. LeKachman, who will report to National City Chairman, President and CEO Peter E. Raskind, will have day-to-day responsibility for management of the company’s $20 billion in liquidating portfolios. LeKachman joins National City in October. He most recently served as global risk analytics leader at GE Money, a firm with more than $200 billion in assets and operations in 55 countries.-PR Newswire
