XShares Group announced that Joseph L. Schocken, currently a member of XShares Group board of managers, has been named chairman and chief executive officer of XShares Group. Previously, Mr. Schocken had been chairman and interim chief executive officer of XShares Group.
Jeffrey L. Feldman, a member of the XShares Group board of managers and director and chairman of the TDX Independence Funds board of directors, will continue as founder and chief strategist of XShares Group.-Business Wire
