Lincoln Financial Advisors announced that Darrin Shallcross has been named managing principal of the Chicago area. Shallcross, a financial planner and former senior business executive, will be in charge of recruiting, coaching and developing Lincoln-affiliated financial advisors in the region, which includes the cities of Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Joliet, Naperville and South Bend.
Shallcross joined Lincoln in 2005 as a fee-based financial planner. Prior to that, he held several positions in the IT industry, including senior vice president of Solution Technology, a technology infrastructure implementation company, and a business unit executive at IBM.-PR Newswire
