Premier Members Federal Credit Union announced that Rhett Rowe has been named president and CEO. Rowe will replace Tom Evers, who will become consultant to the board of directors for the Boulder-based credit union.
Rowe was previously president of First National Bank of Colorado. Before that, he was executive vice president and chief lending officer for Arvest Bank in Little Rock, Ark.
