ReFlow Management Appoints Jason Boyes

ReFlow Management has announced the appointment of Jason Boyes as vice president of European sales. Based in ReFlow’s new European office located in Luxembourg, Boyes will work to bring ReFlow’s anti-dilution toolkit to Luxembourg-and Dublin-domiciled UCITS. Boyes brings to ReFlow more than 15 years of experience in financial services, including senior-level positions at Clearstream Bank, PNC Global Investor Services, and Bank of New York.-Business Wire
