Univest National Bank and Trust Appoints David L. Kepler

Univest National Bank and Trust announced that David L. Kepler had been appointed to executive vice president. Kepler most recently was a senior vice president and commercial banking director for Wachovia Bank’s Northeastern Pennsylvania region.-The Philadelphia Inquirer
