Holly Logistic Services Announces Retirement of Stephen J. McDonnell

Holly Logistic Services announced that effective January 1, 2009, Stephen J. McDonnell retired from his position as assistant to the chairman. Mr. McDonnell served as vice president and chief financial officer of the company from December 18, 2003 to January 6, 2008 and, therefore, was a named executive officer of the company in 2008. Mr. McDonnell served as assistant to the chairman from January 7, 2008 through January 1, 2009.-SEC Form 8k
