Morgan Stanley has moved its European head of leveraged and acquisition finance, Simon Parry-Wingfield, to co-lead its newly established European restructuring practice. Parry-Wingfield will work alongside Ben Babcock, who established Morgan Stanley’s European restructuring team in August 2008.
