Sadhana Equity Investment announced that, as provided by the share purchase agreement, Christine D. Watts was appointed as the president, secretary and treasurer and sole director of the company, replacing Paul Garcia, the current president, secretary and treasurer and sole director of the company.
Ms. Watts will serve her term as director ending on the date of the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the company, or until her successor is duly elected or qualified.
From September 2004 until June 2007, Ms. Watts served as a staff accountant for Connecting Canada. -SEC Form 8k
