
Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Randall Lynch as managing director within Americas industrials investment banking business.
Mr. Lynch is based in New York and reports to John Pratt, managing director and head of global diversified industries corporate and investment banking business.
Mr. Lynch joins Bank of America Merrill Lynch from American International Group where he spent the last year leading the restructuring and divestiture process of several of the firm’s business units. -Datamonitor NewsWire
Bank of America Merrill Lynch has also appointed Vinit Sahni as global head of rates and currency sales to hedge funds and central banks.
Sahni, who is expected to join the bank in January 2010 and will be based in Hong Kong, will also be responsible for rates and currency sales to real money accounts in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Sahni was previously co-head of fixed income, currencies and commodities sales for non-Japan Asia at Goldman Sachs. -Company Website
