Colliers Cassidy & Pinkard added two new brokers to its D.C. tenant representation leasing team.
Kurt Richter has joined as a senior vice president and Chris Soucie has joined as a vice president.
Richter brings with him over 20 years of commercial real estate transaction management, asset management and strategic planning experience. Most recently, he served as a senior vice president for CB Richard Ellis.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Richter spent 10 years at Trammell Crow. Soucie most recently spent over three years at CB Richard Ellis, where he provided a broad range of advisory services to legal, financial and corporate clients.
