BMO Capital Markets U.S., the investment-banking arm of Bank of Montreal, has boosted its energy investment-banking group in the US.
Miles Redfield is joining the unit as managing director and head of the acquisitions and divestitures advisory group. He will report to Shane Fildes, executive managing director and group head, energy, and Tod Benton, managing director and head, US energy at BMO Capital.
Also joining BMO Capital are Bruce Cox as managing director, Doug Perley as managing director, Kevin McNichol as director, Doug Rogers as vice-president, Stephanie Tucker as associate and Erin Fox as associate. They will report to Redfield.
