Harleysville Insurance has announced that it has hired Richard P. Rooney as vice president of inland marine for the Harleysville Company’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Rooney had been vice president of property and inland marine for First Mercury Emerald Insurance Services.
Frank Testa has been hired as assistant vice president of claims litigation for Harleysville Insurance.
Testa had been partner with the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. -The Philadelphia Inquirer
