ACE Limited announced the promotion of Howard S. Schrader to executive vice president and general counsel of ACE’s overseas general operations, responsible for the delivery of all legal services to ACE’s property and casualty and accident and health insurance units outside of North America.
This expands his scope of responsibility from the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions currently to include ACE’s 26-country presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Schrader will continue to be based in New York and reports to John Keogh, CEO of ACE’s overseas general operations and Robert Cusumano, general counsel, ACE Limited. -Business Wire
