M. R. Beal appointed Michael Parker as vice president of equity trading.
In addition to focusing on domestic equity sales and trading, Mr. Parker will spearhead the firm’s expansion into international equity trading, an operation with 24-hour access to numerous equity trading exchanges in Europe and Asia.
Mr. Parker is based in M.R. Beal’s Chicago office and will report to Keith McGregory, senior vice president of equity sales and trading.
Previously, Mr. Parker was a senior equity trader for M. Ramsey King Securities and Melvin Securities. Earlier, he was the equity trading director for Patterson Capital Markets where he led the firm’s institutional trading business unit. -Business Wire
