Michael Loughney has joined Royal Bank of Scotland as general counsel Asia-Pacific, replacing Tony Corcoran. He will be based in Hong Kong.
Loughney is the head of group legal for global banking and markets in Asia-Pacific. He joined RBS in 1998 as the head of legal and compliance for financial markets in New York before moving to London. -South China Morning Post
