Bell Partners named Dhrubo Sircar as chief information officer.
Sicar’s primary responsibility will be to develop technology solutions to ensure the company’s leadership in the delivery of e-business innovation.
Sircar comes to Bell Partners from UDR, where he was chief information officer and a senior vice president. Prior to his three years with UDR, Sircar held a similar post with Wachovia, where he oversaw technology strategy associated with 26 mergers, along with many other similar business initiatives.
