Allianz Life Insurance has appointed Patrick Reeder as senior director of government relations.
Reeder brings extensive experience in government affairs to this important position. He will lead the company’s advocacy efforts directly with regulators and legislators.
Prior to joining Allianz, Reeder served as vice president and associate general counsel of Genworth Financial. Prior to Genworth, he served as corporate counsel and chief compliance officer at The BISYS Group where he was responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance in the insurance division. In addition, he was the assistant vice president of claims at Reliance Insurance. -Business Wire
