Credit Suisse Appoints Boon Sim, Marc Granetz, Andrew Lipsky, Giuseppe Monarchi and David Livingstone

Credit SuisseCredit Suisse Group has appointed Boon Sim, current head of U.S. mergers and acquisitions, as its new global head of mergers and acquisitions.

Sim succeeds Marc Granetz who will become chairman of the investment banking arm at the end of the year.

Sim will be replaced by Andrew Lipsky, head of the Americas diversified industrial and services team, who now becomes head of Americas mergers and acquisitions.

Also, Giuseppe Monarchi will replace David Livingstone as head of European M&A.

Livingstone will return to Australia to become chief executive of the group’s business in the country. -MarketWatch
