Barclays Wealth Management announced that it has hired Anthony Valvo as a director and head of credit structuring, Americas.
At Barclays Wealth in the Americas, Mr. Valvo will be responsible for originating, structuring and managing credit transactions for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and further developing the firm’s structured lending capabilities in the region.
Mr. Valvo joins from Citigroup Global Wealth Management, where he spent more than a decade, most recently as a senior credit officer managing structured lending for the high net worth business in the Mid-Atlantic and the business finance segment nationally.
