Goldman Sachs has appointed Christopher Barter as the sole head of its Russian office.
The company has also hired former Norilsk Nickel deputy general director Tav Morgan, who will head a department specializing in commodity markets across the former USSR.
Morgan spent four years at Norilsk Nickel, until July 2009. -The Russian Business Monitor (Russia)
