Aksia, one of the leaders in hedge fund research and advisory services, has announced the appointment of Bruce Ruehl and Jaeson Dubrovay as partners in the Americas advisory team.
Mr. Ruehl is highly regarded in the alternatives industry and has 26 years of financial markets experience. His last 16 years were focused on hedge fund research, hedge fund portfolios, and the management of institutional client relationships. In 2001, he founded the boutique fund of hedge fund business, Gleacher Fund Advisors, in a joint venture with Gleacher Partners, serving as chairman and chief investment officer.
Mr. Dubrovay has deep experience in the alternatives industry and has over 20 years of investment experience. He comes from NEPC where he served as senior hedge fund strategist since 2006, working with institutional clients advising on hedge fund portfolios. He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., and has had direct hedge fund investment experience since 1990. -Business Wire
