AXA announced that during their annual shareholders’ meeting, the newly elected board of directors approved the appointment of Henri de Castries as chief executive officer and Denis Duverne as deputy chief executive officer.
de Castries (formerly chairman of the management board) was also elected as chairman.
Duverne (formerly the member of management board in charge of strategy, finance and operations) was elected as a new board member. -PR Newswire
