HSBC announced that Helen Wong had been appointed as president and chief executive of its China operations. She replaces Richard Yorke.
Wong has been deputy chief executive of HSBC Bank (China) since September 2009. She is also an executive director of the board of HSBC Bank (China), and has been with the group since 1992. -South China Morning Post
