JPMorgan Chase & Co. has made management changes at its wealth management unit, naming Phil Di Iorio as the chief executive of global wealth management, John Duffy as head of the US private bank and Ann Borowiec as head of US private wealth management.
Duffy and Borowiec will report to Di Iorio as head of the global structure.
Additionally, Catherine Keating, who had led US operations, has moved to be head of US institutional-client asset management.
In the newly created position, Di Iorio replaces the role of three heads, one for the US, one for international and one for products and practices. He has been with the bank for 25 years, most recently as head of products. -Global Banking News
