Hammond Hanlon Camp announced the addition of Barbara Z. Shattuck as a principal in the New York office.
Shattuck’s role at Hammond Hanlon Camp will be to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings.
Shattuck rejoins a team of professionals who previously worked together at Shattuck Hammond Partners, where she was a founder. After Morgan Keegan & Company acquired Shattuck Hammond Partners in 2007, she served as a managing director. -Business Wire
