The World Bank Appoints Mamta Murthi

The World Bank has appointed Mamta Murthi as country director for Central Europe and the Baltic countries, effective as of February 1, 2013.

In this position, Murthi will work with the countries of Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, and Slovenia.

Murthi joined the World Bank in 1995 and her most recent assignment was adviser in the office of the managing director of the bank. -SeeNews
