Assurant has named Bart Schwartz executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary. He succeeds Jerome A. Atkinson, who will retire in July. Assurant Solutions Announces Management Changes

Assurant Solutions appoints Fernando Rolim, Luciano Miguel Groch and Carlos Elias Simao as part of the acquisition of Rolim Consult and continue to manage the business. Rolim Consult’s remaining staff, including all its consultants, also will join Assurant Solutions, as employees. -PR Newswire
