Tamalpais Bancorp and Tamalpais Bank has named Karry Bryan, senior vice president and chief accounting officer of the company and the bank, as interim chief financial officer, following the resignation of Michael E. Moulton.
Ms. Bryan, age 43, joined the bank in August, 2005 as vice president of finance, controller. She was promoted to first vice president, controller in January, 2006, and to the position of senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller in January, 2007.

Tamalpais Bank announced that Executive Vice President Jamie Williams will assume the position of president in recognition of his role in the development of the organization. Tamalpais Bank announced that Karol Watson has been named senior vice president and loan operations manager, reporting to Larry Cretan, the bank’s executive vice president/chief credit officer. Watson, who has spent more than 20 years in the banking industry, comes to Tamalpais Bank from Wells Fargo and Greater Bay Bank where she was responsible for all aspects of loan operations.
