On January 22, 2008, in accordance with the terms of the agreement between Ronnie D. Kessinger and Triad Guaranty, Mr. Kessinger resigned as senior executive vice president and assistant to the president and chief executive officer, effective January 31, 2008. He will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors of Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation Canada, which is the only Triad subsidiary for which he currently serves as director. -SEC Form 8k

Triad Guaranty, announced that its subsidiary, Triad Guaranty Insurance, has hired Vicki Reynolds as manager, national
accounts liaison. This is a new position for the company. Reynolds will report to Matt Bankson, vice president, national account liaison in carrying out her responsibilities.
Reynolds will be responsible for coordinating operational activity between Triad’s National Account Executives, their customers and Triad’s home office.
Prior to joining Triad Guaranty, Reynolds worked for CMG Mortgage Insurance Company. -PR Newswire

Triad Guaranty Insurance named Matt Bankson as vice president, national accounts liaison. Bankson replaces Ken Nash who was promoted to vice president, operations and facilities. Bankson will be primarily responsible for managing all operational activities between Triad’s national account executives, their customers and Triad’s home office. Bankson has spent the past two years with Triad Guaranty Insurance, most recently as vice president, national accounts, with major account responsibilities in the Northeast.
