Bruce Nicholson, chairman, president, and CEO of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, has announced his intent to retire before the end of 2010. The exact date of his departure has not yet been determined, but the Board of Directors has formed a selection committee to begin the process to find Nicholson’s replacement and also has retained an executive search firm to assist with the effort. -Business Wire
