NIR Group announced that Paul Schwartz has joined the firm as director of client services. Mr. Schwartz will report directly to Corey Ribotsky, the firm’s chairman and chief executive officer. Prior to joining The NIR Group, Mr. Schwartz held senior finance positions at Spencer Trask Securities and Josephthal Lyon & Ross, overseeing public and private financing in various forms, including: private placements, IPO’s, derivative and debt securities. -Business Wire
