Grubb & Ellis New Mexico announces John Ranson and Marti Patridge will replace and assume the duties of CEO Will Steadman.

Ransom, who has been with the firm 14 years, has been also been promoted to managing director of brokerage operations, a hybrid position in which he’ll continue to be involved in deals in the field while representing the firm in the community.
