CB Richard Ellis Group Names Pat Lynch

CB Richard Ellis Group announced that it has named Pat Lynch as the managing director of the company’s national critical environmental practice group.

Lynch’s responsibilities include directing transaction management services for businesses needing data center and mission-critical facilities solutions nationwide.

Lynch, formerly of the Denver office of Grubb & Ellis Co., has spent more than 20 years in commercial real estate. He brokered development transactions and site purchases for Level 3 Communications, First Data Corp., MFS Communications and Qwest.

CB Richard Ellis Group has appointed Adam Wilton as a senior director in its UK debt advisory division, based in London.

Wilton has 12 years’ experience covering real estate finance, securitization and principal finance. He joins from Barclays Corporate, where he was a director of the bank’s real estate structured finance business. His experience includes positions in the real estate investment banking teams at Nomura and Bear Stearns.

Graham MacMillan has been promoted to director and coordinator of CB Richard Ellis Group’s Central and Eastern European valuation.

MacMillan will continue in his role as head of valuation in Hungary, but with the additional responsibility for coordinating valuation departments throughout the region. He will act as point of contact for the regional heads of CBRE’s client base, as well as liaise with other European and international valuation departments.

CB Richard Ellis Group announced the appointment of Michael Harrington as executive director and to the new role of ‘Pan Ireland’ head of retail, effective immediately.

Based in Dublin, Harrington will lead the Irish retail practice, establish a specialist Belfast retail division and work closely with Guy Hollis, managing director of Ireland, and Ciaran Bird, head of UK retail, to better align the Irish and UK retail practices.

CB Richard Ellis Group Appoints Chris Ludeman, Brian Stoffers and Spencer Levy

CB Richard Ellis Group announced that Chris Ludeman will join Brian Stoffers as co-president of the firm’s capital markets businesses.

In his expanded role, Ludeman will provide leadership for the company’s office, industrial and retail investment properties efforts along with its institutional group, global property advisors and private client group activities. He will continue as president of the firm’s Americas brokerage, overseeing CBRE’s tenant rep and agency leasing business lines.

Stoffers will continue to lead CBRE’s debt and equity finance, agency and loan servicing businesses, as well as oversee the company’s multi housing, lodging and investment banking practices.

CBRE has also promoted Spencer Levy to executive managing director, expanding his responsibilities within the capital markets group as a key client service and business development leader.

CB Richard Ellis Group Names Michael Caffey

CB Richard Ellis Group named Michael Caffey senior managing director and Dallas-Fort Worth market leader. He succeeds Mark Fewin, who was named in November as global leader for project management services.

In his new role role, Caffey, formerly a managing director in CBRE’s Dallas office, will oversee all business lines for CB Richard Ellis in the North Texas market area as well as the company’s Oklahoma affiliate operations.

Previously, Caffey was responsible for creating and implementing the business strategies for CBRE’s occupier services enterprises for all property types throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. His experience includes corporate real estate, project and facilities management, real estate finance and brokerage services. His experience spans many markets within the United States as well as Canada, Central America and South America. CB Richard Ellis Group announced that Jean Lamothe has been made president of the investment manager’s European operations.

CB Richard Ellis Group announced three names taking various chief officer positions. Robert E. Sulentic has been named the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Sulentic is currently chief executive officer of the company’s development services business, and until recently, served as group president of CB Richard Ellis’s EMEA and Asia Pacific operations.
