Lazard Adds Jim Rossman, Francois Kayat and Pierre Tattevin

Lazard announced that Jim Rossman has been added as a managing director in the power, energy, and infrastructure investment banking group, effective immediately. He will be based in New York.

As managing director, Rossman will focus on Lazard’s alternative energy efforts.

Rossman, 47, has 20 years of capital markets and advisory experience. He joins from Macquarie Group where he was a senior managing director and U.S. head of equity capital markets, advising a diverse set of companies and investors on financing transactions involving alternative energy and related businesses, including wind and solar developers and equipment manufacturers, smart grid, electric vehicles and batteries, both in North America and Asia.
